This Shipping Policy provides full details of how we process, dispatch, and deliver your orders at Empire Club. By placing an order on www.empireclubco.com, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days following payment confirmation. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately upon purchase, and a dispatch notification email — including tracking information — once your order has been handed to the carrier.

During high-demand periods (such as sales events or holiday seasons), processing times may be extended slightly. We will communicate any significant delays to affected customers by email.

2. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

The following are estimated delivery times from the date of dispatch:

  • United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
  • Republic of Ireland: 3–7 business days
  • Europe (EU and non-EU): 5–12 business days
  • United States and Canada: 7–14 business days
  • Australia and New Zealand: 10–18 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–21 business days

These timeframes are estimates provided by our carrier partners and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier volumes, customs processing, local postal conditions, or other factors outside our control.

3. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We work with trusted carrier partners to deliver your orders. The carrier assigned to your order will depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Tracking will be provided for all orders where available.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size or weight of your order. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. Free shipping promotions, where offered, will be applied automatically at checkout when applicable conditions are met.

5. International Shipping — Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes levied by the destination country's customs authority. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping charges.

We have no control over customs processes and cannot predict what charges may apply. We recommend that customers contact their local customs office for more information prior to ordering.

We comply with all applicable export control regulations and declare all shipments accurately. We are legally required to state the true value and nature of all goods on customs documentation. We are unable to mark shipments as "gifts" or undervalue items to reduce customs charges — doing so is a violation of customs law and may result in seizure of your parcel.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active on the carrier's system after dispatch.

If you have not received tracking information within 4 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder first, then contact us at contact@empireclub.com.

7. Delivery Attempts and Undeliverable Parcels

Most carriers will attempt delivery on multiple occasions. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the carrier will typically leave a notification card with instructions for re-delivery or collection from a local depot or post office.

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable — due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or refusal of delivery — we will contact you by email. You may choose to have the order re-dispatched (additional shipping costs may apply) or to receive a refund for the product value minus the original and return shipping costs.

8. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery timeframe for your region, please take the following steps:

  • Check your tracking information to confirm the current status
  • Check with neighbours, building reception, or any location where the carrier may have left the parcel
  • Allow an additional 3–5 business days, as carriers occasionally experience delays not reflected in tracking
  • Contact us at contact@empireclub.com with your order number if the issue remains unresolved

We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. If a parcel is officially confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will offer you the choice of a full replacement or a complete refund — at your preference, at no cost to you.

9. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please:

  • Photograph the outer packaging and the damaged item(s) before opening fully
  • Contact us at contact@empireclub.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs
  • Do not discard the original packaging, as it may be required for a carrier claim

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund depending on stock availability and your preference. We cover all costs associated with transit damage.

10. Incorrect Address Provided by Customer

Empire Club is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer at checkout. Please review your address carefully before completing your order.

If you notice an address error immediately after placing your order, contact us at contact@empireclub.com as soon as possible. We will attempt to amend the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee this will be possible once the order has been processed.
