These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "you") and MAGUI DIGITAL LTD, a private limited company incorporated in England and Wales (Company No. 16907584), trading as Empire Club ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing www.empireclubco.com or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

Empire Club is the trading name of MAGUI DIGITAL LTD, incorporated under the Companies Act 2006 as a private company limited by shares, registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is at 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE. Our primary business activity is retail sale via the internet (SIC Code 47910).

2. Eligibility

By using our website and placing an order, you confirm that:

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed at checkout at the time you complete your purchase.

5. Order Process and Contract Formation

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract between you and MAGUI DIGITAL LTD is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving:

  • Pricing or typographical errors
  • Stock unavailability
  • Suspected fraudulent activity or payment failure
  • Orders that appear to be placed for commercial resale without authorisation

If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund within 14 calendar days.

6. Payment

We accept payment via all methods made available at checkout through Shopify Payments, including major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely and are PCI DSS compliant. We do not store your full card details.

Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched. In the event of a failed payment, we reserve the right to place your order on hold until payment is resolved.

7. Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Full details are available in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you upon delivery.

8. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Your right to cancel, return, and receive refunds is governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is compliant with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Please refer to that policy for full details.

9. Intellectual Property
